Download crashes

Hi.

I'm currently trying to download the America's Army 2.8.5.0 Windows Server Full file. But everytime I try the download either crashes at 2GB due to some error that points out to some overflow (don't know the exact message right now. unfortunately i closed it before writing this) or won't even start because the download hast 'timed out'.

Anyone can tell me why this keeps happening?

From where were you trying to download the file (website or america's army utility package)?
